The 2010 Pinot Blanc is another expression of the lovely aspects that Pinot Blanc gives to any food. The aromatics remind you of banana and citrus. The fruit flavors of peach, banana, and lemon are bountiful. The 2010 has a richness and creaminess that makes the wine melt in your mouth, but lingers even with food. The 2010 is also on the dryer side at .1% Residual Sugar and higher acidity.
