2007 Private Stash Tasting Notes
Deep red garnet color with spice, earth, red cherries, and bright raspberry aromas. Luscious yet zingy, raspberry fruit, with A hint of cinnamon, complex deep fruit and rich spiciness. This wine has elegance and a nice long, luscious, smooth finish. It also shows gravelly tannins and has surprising weight to its long, layered fruit and spice driven finish.

2008 Private Stash Tasting Notes
Classic Wit's End spice and complexity is the hallmark of this 08 Private Stash. There are full luscious, red velvet pinot flavors on the palate. One can't ignore the rich red berriness of this wine with sides of vanilla, tender spices and cinnamon. Extremely creamy, luscious blackberry flavors, with firm tannins and a lingering finish. No need to reach for flavor nuances here…this is true Pinot perfection with complexity, balance and staying power. Stash this away.

2009 Private Stash Tasting Notes
Estate grown Pinot Noir from ROCO’s Wits’ End Vineyard in the
Chehalem Mountains, this luscious wine is always at the top of its game.
Deep garnet color with an elegant combination of spiced cherries
jubilee in the nose. The wine is full and rich bodied in the mouth with
hints of black berries, cinnamon and pepper which contribute to a
complex palate. The deeply spiced fruit finish is rich, delightfully
long and layered. It rolls through the moth and down the throat leaving
one longing for the next sip.
